Hi! I’m Valerie, welcome to my website. I’m a photographer/filmmaker operating in Keighley & Leeds. I aim to use my craft to capture life, especially in under-represented queer communities.
My film-making is made to evoke the transgender experience, in a way that speaks to truth to the emotion.
My photography is broader in its intentions, but a consistent theme is to celebrate the world around us. I do this in my event photography, recording the excitement or joy of wherever I appear. Or in my personal work, where I use surreal imagery to push imagination and contemplation.
I’m keen to take on event photography for any occasion.
